Run day-to-day site operations for Europe’s most advanced data centers
As Site Manager at Maasdam Data Centers, you’re the on-site leader who gets the job done. From the first shovel in the ground to the final inspection, you keep every activity safe, efficient, and on schedule—while realising our full CSA interior package: installing structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access flooring, Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) systems, and other critical fit-out elements that give data centers their backbone. You coordinate subcontractors, lead toolbox talks, and log progress in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as your daily cockpit. Your arena: flagship projects in and around Paris, where you spot issues early, resolve them fast, and keep clients, Project Managers, and crews perfectly aligned.
Collaborating at Maasdam
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Supervisors, Logistics & EHS Managers, QA specialists, BIM & Engineering teams, and a Quantity Surveyor—while feeding real-time updates to the Project Manager and our Director Operations. Clear communication and tight coordination keep every discipline moving in lockstep.
We think this profile is a good fit

We like to keep your profile as open as possible. Our best estimate is that you will need the following:
- Hands-on experience managing on-site construction or fit-out work—ideally in data-center or other mission-critical environments
- Strong grasp of EHS, QA/QC, and document-management best practices
- Talent for coordinating multiple subcontractors and keeping schedules on track under real-world conditions
- Familiarity with digital site-management tools; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a plus
- Have a good command of English. French is a big plus. Polish is a secondary advantage.
- High mobility: willing to spend significant time on-site in Germany and the Netherlands
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and the confidence to steer crews and suppliers toward safe, high-quality results
