Raise the bar on quality for Europe’s most advanced data centers
As QA Manager at Maasdam Data Centers Germany, you build quality into the process – from the start. From day one you embed robust inspection plans, document every finding, and follow up relentlessly—using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as your single source of truth. Whether it’s tracking Non Conformity Reports with photos and video, issuing punch-lists, or proving compliance to the General Contractor, you turn raw site data into clear, auditable quality records. Your arena: flagship fit-out projects in and around Frankfurt, where your ACC dashboards keep Project Managers, Site teams, and clients totally aligned.
Collaborating at Maasdam
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Site Managers, EHS & Logistics teams, BIM & Engineering specialists, and a Quantity Surveyor—reporting quality status to the Project Manager and our Director Operations. At the same time you manage relationships with General Contractors, clients, and subcontractors, communicating assertively and respectfully, even under pressure. By coaching subcontractors, leading toolbox talks, and sharing real-time ACC insights, you drive a culture of continuous improvement.

We like to keep your profile as open as possible. Our best estimate is that you will need the following:
- Solid track record in quality assurance or quality control on construction or fit-out projects—ideally in data-center or other mission-critical environments
- Deep understanding of QA/QC processes
- IT-savvy mindset: you enjoy working in software and see ACC (or similar platforms) as the backbone of your workflow
- Talent for turning site observations into clear, data-driven reports—complete with photos, videos, and punch-list actions
- Proven skill in managing relationships with General Contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors; you communicate assertively and clearly, even under pressure
- Have a good command of English. German is a big plus. Polish is a secondary advantage.
- Willing to spend significant time on-site in Germany, Frankfurt
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented style and the confidence to challenge teams when quality slips
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
