At Maasdam Data Centers Germany, Frankfurt is your playground. Frankfurt is Europe’s data-center hotspot, and this is where you make your mark. As the senior figurehead on site, you hold end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, quality, health & safety – partnering closely with our Quantiy Surveyors for cost control and profit optimization. From kick-off to hand-over you own scope, schedule, quality and budget, driving our full CSA interior package— e.g. structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access flooring, HACs, and more—to flawless delivery. You keep QA, EHS, document control, engineering, and construction logistics perfectly in sync, making integral use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as your daily cockpit. We’re looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role and matches our down-to-earth, no-nonsense mentality. Collaborating at Maasdam
Based near Frankfurt, you orchestrate a tight-knit project coalition: Site Managers, Supervisors, QA and EHS Supervisors, Logistics, BIM & Engineering specialists, and work tightly together with Quantity Surveyors and our Director Commerce. You set the cadence for weekly look-aheads, unblock critical paths on the spot, and coach team leads to think like owners. Upwards, you report directly to our Director Operations with concise dashboards and clear risk-response plans; outwards, you represent Maasdam to clients, consultants, and local authorities. Your leadership turns a complex fit-out into a disciplined, data-driven execution machine—delivering first-time-right hand-overs even as our portfolio and your remit keep expanding.
We think this profile is a good fit

We like to keep your profile as open as possible. Our best estimate is that you will need the following:
- 10 + years’ track record delivering CSA fit-outs or comparable high-spec industrial builds—ideally in a live or green-field data-center environment.
- End-to-end ownership of scope, schedule, quality, EHS and overall budget performance, partnering with Quantity Surveyors for detailed cost control.
- Hands-on mastery of QA/QC, document control and safety systems, turning standards into site habits.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, clear roadblocks in real time, and keep parallel work-streams on track.
- Daily fluency with project-control platforms; experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a strong plus.
- Natural relationship-builder who can brief clients and C-level stakeholders with the same ease as subcontractor crews.
- Full on-site presence in the Frankfurt region and flexibility for occasional travel to NL HQ.
- Have a good command of English. German is a big advantage.
- Pragmatic, decisive mindset—confident making the call when information is incomplete and the clock is ticking.
