Frankfurt is one of Europe’s data-center hotspots, and at MSDM it will be your operating theatre. As the senior leader for MSDM projects in Germany, you direct the full delivery portfolio — steering Project Managers, driving execution standards, and ensuring every site performs first-time-right. You lead the entire delivery organization in Germany — Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and key functional roles such as QA and EHS. Spending about 80% of your time on-site, you scan daily progress, unblock issues, and keep every project moving with precision. With full accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and health & safety — and for P&L and budget performance in close partnership with our Director of Operations — you translate Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) insights into decisive action that keeps clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership perfectly aligned.
Collaborating at MSDM
Operating from our Frankfurt hub, you set the rhythm across projects: weekly executive reviews, critical-path interventions, and sharp risk-response plans. You coach Project Managers, partner closely with Quantity Surveyors on profit optimisation, and liaise with BIM, Engineering, QA, EHS, and Logistics leads to keep every discipline moving in lockstep. Externally, you’re the face of MSDM to clients and authorities—translating complex site realities into clear commitments and delivering on them. You are part of our MSDM Management Team.
We think this profile is a good fit
Part of our approach is that we prefer not to think in strict categories. We like to keep your profile as open as possible. Our best estimate is that you will need the following:
- 10 + years’ experience delivering and directing CSA fit-outs or comparable high-spec industrial builds—ideally data centers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams while holding end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, quality, EHS, and overall budget performance.
- Mastery of project-control platforms; deep familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a strong advantage.
- Strength in stakeholder communication—equally at ease with on-site crews, C-suite executives, and local authorities.
- Pragmatic, decisive mindset—comfortable making the call when information is incomplete and the clock is ticking.
- Willingness to spend about 80 % of your time on project sites within the Frankfurt region, with occasional visits to NL HQ.
- Good command of English. German is a big advantage.
